Power Platinum 9 Bonder + Bleach Lightening Powder is a dust-free bleaching powder that gives up to 9 levels of lift. This fast-acting high lift formula has low ammonia, an anti-yellowing effect, and protects bonds for increased strength.

PRORITUALS recommends pre-treating hair with Spray Treat and adding Dream Oil to mixture of 20 Volume Developer or higher. Finish the hair with ColorFuel for optimum results!
